Freezer-Friendly Meatballs

Preparation Tips:In bowl, beat egg; mix in onion, crumbs, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix in beef. Shape by heaping tablespoonfuls into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Place 1 inch apart on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; bake in 450 degree oven for 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Let cool on sheet on rack. Refrigerate until chilled. Transfer to freezer bags; freeze in single layer until solid. (Make ahead: Freeze for up to 1 month.)
