Serving Size: Makes 12 four ounce servings

AmountIngredient
1 bunch (about 32 sprigs)fresh mint, leaves picked and stems removed
1 cupsugar
2 cupsfresh lime juice
2 cupslight rum
2 cupsclub soda

Preparation Instructions:

Mix the cocktail: In the bottom of a large pitcher, using a wooden spoon or pestle, crush (muddle) mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice together. Stir in rum and club soda. Serve immediately in individual glasses over crushed ice.

Per serving: 162 calories; 0 g fat; 20.4 g carbohydrates; 0.2 g protein; 0.2 g fibre; 9.2 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol.
