Serving Size: Makes 2 dozen

AmountIngredient
6 ounce packagesemisweet chocolate pieces (1 cup)
1 cupcornflakes
1/2 cupsnipped flaked coconut
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2 cupsalted peanuts, cut up pitted dates or seedless raisins

Preparation Instructions:

Melt chocolate over hot, bot boiling, water; stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in cornflakes, coconut, vanilla, and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Refrigerate until firm. Makes 2 dozen.
