Preparation Instructions:In the bowl off a food processor fitted with a metal blade, place all ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer dip to a small bowl and cover tightly; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Per tablespoon: 1.6 g protein; 1.7 g fat; 0.9 g carbohydrates; 0.05 g fibre; 66 mg sodium; 6.4 mg cholesterol; 25 calories.
