"Citrus Curry Dip"

Serving Size: Makes 1 1/4 cups

AmountIngredient
1 cupwhole milk ricotta cheese
1/4 cuplow fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoonsfresh orange juice
1 small clovegarlic, minced (about 2 teaspoons)
1 teaspooncurry powder
1 teaspoonfresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonground cardamom
1/8 teaspoonground red pepper

Preparation Instructions:

In the bowl off a food processor fitted with a metal blade, place all ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer dip to a small bowl and cover tightly; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Per tablespoon: 1.6 g protein; 1.7 g fat; 0.9 g carbohydrates; 0.05 g fibre; 66 mg sodium; 6.4 mg cholesterol; 25 calories.
