Serving Size: Makes 1 serving

Amount Ingredient

2 tablespoons light rum (optional)

1 cup water

3 tablespoons Lipton Peach Drink Crystals

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 cup crushed ice

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately in a large champagne glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
