Serving Size: Makes 1 cup

AmountIngredient
14 ounce canplum tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/4 cupchopped fresh coriander
2 tablespoonsminced red onion
1 tablespoonfinely chopped jalapeno pepper
1 clovegarlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon eachsalt and pepper

Preparation Instructions:

In bowl, stir together tomatoes, coriander, onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, salt and pepper. Makes 1 cup.

Per tablespoon: trace protein; 0 g fat; 1 g carbohydrates; trace fibre; 56 mg sodium; 0 mg cholesterol; about 4 calories.
