Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

Preparation Instructions:Cook potatoes till tender; drain. Meanwhile, saute bacon and onion over low heat, stirring, until brown and tender. Mash potatoes; add bacon, onion, butter, parsley, salt, nutmeg, cayenne, mustard, Worcestershire. Stir in milk. Heat over low heat, stirring. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
