"Ten Minute Marshmallow Nut Fudge"

Serving Size: Makes about 5 dozen squares

AmountIngredient
1 2/3 cupsgranulated sugar
2 tablespoonsbutter or margarine
1/2 teaspoonsalt
2/3 cupevaporated milk, undiluted
1 1/2 cupssemi sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 poundlarge marshmallows, snipped
1/2 cupchopped walnuts
1 teaspoonvanilla extract

Preparation Instructions:

In 2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, butter, salt, milk; bring to boil over medium heat; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and rest of ingredients. Beat vigorously until marshmallows melt. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan; sprinkle with mor nuts if desired. Cool; cut into small squares. Makes about 5 dozen squares.
