Serving Size: Makes 4 - 6 servings

AmountIngredient
4 slicesbacon
1medium green pepper, chopped
1small onion, chopped
17 ounce cancream style corn
1 teaspoonsalt
1/8 teaspoonpepper
4eggs, beaten

Preparation Instructions:

Fry bacon; set aside. Drain all but 3 tablespoons drippings from skillet. Cook and stir green pepper and onion in drippings until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist. Crumble bacon; sprinkle on egg mixture. 4 - 6 servings.
