Serving Size: Makes 1/2 cup

AmountIngredient
1/2 cupsoftened, unsalted butter or margarine
1/4 cupsnipped fresh chives or 4 teaspoons crumbled freeze dried
2 teaspoonsgrated lemon rind

Preparation Instructions:

In a medium size bowl, mix together butter, chives, and lemon zest until well blended. Makes 1/2 cup.
