Preparation Instructions:In 2 quart saucepan combine potato, celery, onion, chicken broth, basil, salt and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
Meanwhile, in a blender container combine cottage cheese, peas, and milk; cover and blend till smooth. Stir into vegetables in saucepan; heat through. Makes 6 servings.
