Australian Toaster Biscuits

 
AmountIngredient
2Australian Toaster Biscuits, split
1 cupprepared warm Hollandaise Sauce
1/2 teaspoonCajun or Mexican spice blend
1 tablespoonchopped green chilies or sweet bell pepper
4 slices (2 ounces)Canadian-style bacon or cooked breakfast sausage patties, if desired
4eggs, poached

Preparation Tips:

1. Lightly toast Australian Toaster Biscuits; keep warm.
2. Blend together Hollandaise Sauce, spice blend and green chilies. Heat through.
3. Layer the following on each of four Toaster Biscuit halves: one slice Canadian-style bacon, poached egg and 1/4 cup sauce.
Makes 2 servings.
