Serving Size: Makes 24 tarts

AmountIngredient
300 ml canRegular or Low Fat Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 1/4 cupscanned pumpkin
2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
1egg
1/4 teaspoon eachground cinnamon and nutmeg
24unbaked tart shells

Preparation Instructions:

Whisk together condensed milk, pumpkin, sugar, egg, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour evenly into tart shells.

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden.

Cool and garnish as desired. Makes 24 tarts.
