Shrimp Appetizers

Preparation Tips:1. Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic.
2. Add shrimp and quickly saute. Remove from skillet. Set aside.
3. Combine the Roquefort cheese, cream cheese, brandy, if used, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Stir to combine.
4. Spread mixture on top of 4 pita breads.
5. Place under broiler to brown for about 2 minutes.
6. Remove. Place on plates. Top with sauteed shrimp. Serve. Garnish with dill sprigs and lemon wedges, if desired.Click here for an easy to print out shopping list.
