"Orange Glazed Carrots"

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings

AmountIngredient
1 poundvery small, peeled carrots (or pre peeled baby carrots)
1/4 cuporange juice
2 tablespoonsorange marmalade (or apricot jam)
2 teaspoonsunsalted butter
1/2 teaspoonsalt

Preparation Instructions:

Steam carrots. In a large skillet, heat orange juice, marmalade, butter, and salt. Add the carrots and cook over moderate heat until nicely glazed. Serves 4.
