"Herb Noodles With Beef"

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings

AmountIngredient
13 1/4 ounce packagenoodles
1/2 teaspoonbasil
1 poundtop sirloin grilling steak or 2 C. cubed cooked roast beef
1 teaspoonvegetable oil
2 cupspasta sauce
1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cupchopped parsley

Preparation Instructions:

Cook noodles with basil, according to package directions. In non stick skillet, saute beef in oil until lightly browned. Stir in pasta sauce and heat through. Serve sauce over noodles and top with cheese and parsley. Makes 6 servings.

Per serving (about): 370 calories; 21 g protein; 8 g fat; 54 g carbohydrates.
