Quick Cinnamon Batter Bake

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings

AmountIngredient
3 cupsall purpose flour
1/2 cupgranulated sugar
1/2 teaspoonsalt
3 envelopesquick rise yeast
1 1/4 cups2% milk, heat to 120 to 130 degrees
1/2 cupbutter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoonsalt
2eggs, beaten
Topping:
3/4 cuppacked brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoonscinnamon
3 tablespoonsbutter or margarine, softened
Icing:
1 cupicing sugar
1 tablespoonbutter or margarine, melted
1 - 2 tablespoons2% milk
1/2 teaspoonvanilla

Preparation Instructions:

Mix in large bowl, flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Stir in milk, butter and eggs.

Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Cover; let stand 20 minutes.

Mix topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Use fingertips to work in well.

Place in COLD oven. Set temperature to 350 degrees; bake 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Mix icing ingredients; drizzle over bread. Makes 12 servings.

Per serving: 373 calories; 6.2 g protein; 13.3 g fat; 57.8 g carbohydrates; 1.5 g dietary fibre.
