Preparation Instructions:In a food processor, whirl chopped cucumber. Pour into a bowl. Stir in buttermilk, sour cream, lemon juice, and salt. Spoon into soup bowls. Top with a few baby salad shrimp and cucumber slices. Sprinkle with dill or coriander. Serves 6.
