Serving Size: Makes 12 tarts

AmountIngredient
1/3 cupsoft butter
1/2 cuppacked Splenda brown sugar blend
1/2 cupcorn syrup
2eggs
2 tablespoonswhipping cream
1 1/2 teaspoonsvanilla
12large tart shells, unbaked

Preparation Instructions:

Cream together in medium bowl with electric mixer, butter, brown sugar blend, and corn syrup. Beat in eggs, cream and vanilla just until combined. Divide filling among tart shells. Bake in 400 degree oven 16 to 18 minutes, until browned and bubbly. Remove to wire rack; let cool. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 12 tarts.

Per tart: 212 calories; 2.4 g protein; 13.6 g fat; 21.0 g carbohydrates; 0.3 g dietary fibre.
