"Kraft Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes"

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings

AmountIngredient
1/3 cupMiracle Whip light dressing
2 tablespoonsflour
1 cupmilk
1 cupold cheddar shredded cheese
3 cupssliced cooked potatoes and sweet potatoes
1thinly sliced onion

Preparation Instructions:

Stir together dressing and flour; whisk in milk until smooth. Cook in microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes (stirring once during cooking) or on medium heat on stovetop, stirring constantly until sauce it thickened.

Stir in cheese until smooth. Place 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

Layer potatoes and sweet potatoes in dish. Top with onion slices.

Pour remaining sauce over onions. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Makes 8 servings.
