"Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie"

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings

AmountIngredient
1ripe banana, peeled
1/2 cupskim milk or fortified soymilk
4 teaspoonschocolate syrup
1/2 (10.5 oz) packagesoft tofu
1/2 cupplain low fat yogurt
1/4 cupsmooth natural peanut butter
4ice cubes

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately. Or, if desired, pour into coffee mugs and/or thermoses and take to go. 2 servings.

Per serving: 388 calories; 20 g protein; 38 g carbohydrates; 4 g fibre; 19 g fat.
