"Pineapple Angel Food Cake"

Serving Size: Makes 1 cake

Preparation Instructions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cake mix and pineapple (with juice) right out of the can in a large bowl, beating well at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Pour batter into an ungreased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Remove from oven and invert tube pan. Let cool 1 hour and 30 minutes. Gently loosen cake from sides of pan, remove and serve with a blob of whip cream, ice cream, yogurt or you can ice cake if you want.
