"Gnocchi with Sausage, Green Onions and Cream"

Preparation Instructions:Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Saute sausage in oil until just cooked through. Add shallots, green onions and red pepper; saute 1 - 2 minutes longer. Add cream; simmer 1 - 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss gnocchi with cream sauce. Serve topped with parsley, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
