Preparation Tips:In a small saucepan melt margarine or butter. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Makes 3/4 cup (12 1-tablespoon servings).

Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add 2/3 cup milk ll at once and stir to combine. Cook, uncovred, on high for 2 to 4 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds.
