Preparation Instructions:1. Lightly coat a large frying pan with oil and set over medium high heat. When hot, crumble in beef. Break it up with a fork. Add antipasto sauce, tomatoes and half of onions. Stir mixture frequently until no pink remains, 5 to 6 minutes.
2. Stir in half of cheese. Spoon over crusty buns and top with remaining onion and cheese. Or, for a lighter bite, spoon into Boston lettuce cups or romaine spears.
Per serving (no bun): 29.1 g protein; 30.8 g fat; 9.9 g carbohydrates; 510 mg sodium; 2 g fibre; 437 calories.
