Alberta Ribs

Preparation Tips:Place ribs in saucepan, add enough water to barely cover (you may add a whole onion and garlic clove to add flavor). Bring ribs to a boil, reduce to simmer. Cover and cook 60 minutes. Drain ribs, save broth for soup stock, if desired.
In a small bowl, combine A1 Tex Mex Sauce with remaining sauce ingredients. Marinate cooked ribs in sauce 2 hours or over night in refrigerator for extra flavor before grilling. Place ribs on grill about 3 inches above medium coals; brush generously with sauce. Grill for about 15 to 20 minutes, brushing with sauce often and turning frequently. Heat any remaining sauce to the boil (add water if sauce is too thick) and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve as dipping sauce. Serves 4.
