"Poor Man's Veggie Casserole"

Serving Size: Makes 10 servings

Preparation Instructions:Thaw hamburger patties and break into small pieces. Thaw enough veggies for large casserole dish. Mix pancake batter to a semi thick batter (enough to cover veggies and burger). Cut peppers into small strips.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line casserole dish with hamburger pieces and top with veggies. Sprinkle with what spices you like - to taste. Mix batter and sugar and pour over veggies and hamburger evenly till covered. Put slices of pepper on top of batter with some spices for decor. Place in oven (middle rack) till golden brown. Makes 10 servings.
