Preparation Instructions:Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute for 3 minutes or until onion is soft. Add bell pepper and mushrooms and saute for another 3 to 4 minutes. add corn, cumin and chili powder and saute for another 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in green onion and season with salt and pepper to taste.
