Halibut Steaks Teriyaki (Microwave)

Preparation Tips:Thaw halibut steaks if frozen. Place halibut steaks in plastic bag. Combine teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, cooking oil, dry mustard, ground ginger, and garlic powder; pour over halibut steaks in bag. Close bag securely and place bag in pan or bowl. Marinate halibut in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours, turning occasionally. Remove halibut from marinade and arrange steaks in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish; pour marinade atop. Micro-cook, covered, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 6 minutes, turning steaks over after 3 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
