Preparation Tips:Place bacon in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) until crisp, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave 5 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave till rice is tender, 5 to 6 minutes. 6 servings.
