Pasta Primavera

AmountIngredient
2 tablespoonsbutter or margarine
1/2 cupbroccoli flowerets
1/2 cupthinly sliced carrot
1/4 cupchopped sweet red pepper
1 clovegarlic, minced
10 3/4 ounce canCampbell's condensed broccoli cheese soup
1 cupmilk
1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
3 cupshot cooked fettuccine (about 8 ounces dry)
 Sweet red pepper strips, for garnish
 Fresh purple basil, for garnish

Preparation Tips:

1. In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook broccoli, carrot, red pepper and garlic until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring often.

2. Stir in soup, milk and cheese. Heat to boiling. reduce heat to low. cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour soup mixture over fettuccine; toss to coat. Garnish with red pepper strips and basil, if desired. Makes about 5 cups or 4 side-dish servings.
