Preparation Tips:In large soup pot, heat oil, add garlic and onion and saute for five minutes over medium high heat. Add meat and stir-fry, breaking into pieces, until browned. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, then reduce heat to minimum, cover and simmer for 3 hours, stirring once in a while.
