Italian Spaghetti Sauce

AmountIngredient
2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
8 clovesgarlic, minced
1large onion, chopped
1 poundground beef
1 candiced tomatoes
1 cantomato soup
1 cansliced mushrooms
5 1/2 ounce cantomato paste
2carrots, sliced
2celery stalks, sliced
2 teaspoonssalt
2 teaspoonsoregano
1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
Pinchchili powder

Preparation Tips:

In large soup pot, heat oil, add garlic and onion and saute for five minutes over medium high heat. Add meat and stir-fry, breaking into pieces, until browned. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, then reduce heat to minimum, cover and simmer for 3 hours, stirring once in a while.
