Pink Lemonade Cream

AmountIngredient
1/2 cupfrozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 teaspoonscorn starch
1/2 cupwhipping cream

Preparation Tips:

Combine lemonade concentrate and corn starch. Stir over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Cool. Whip cream until thick. Fold lemonade mixture into whipped cream. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
