Preparation Tips:In small bowl, combine lime juice, oil, sugar, chili sauce and seasonings; pour over meat. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Skewer meat with pineapple and vegetables. Grill or broil as desired, turning and basting frequently with marinade. Serve with rice if desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 6 servings.
