Green Beans in Brown Butter with Thyme

AmountIngredient
1 1/2 tablespoonsbutter
5 sprigsthyme
3/4 poundgreen beans, lightly steamed

Preparation Tips:

In a heavy skillet, melt butter over very low heat until hazelnut brown. Add the thyme and beans. Toss together until heated through, about 30 seconds.

Fresh or frozen beans are equally tasty in this dish.
