Cider-Glazed Pork Roast (BBQ)

AmountIngredient
1/2 cupapple cider
1/4 cupDijon-style mustard
1/4 cupvegetable oil
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1boneless pork loin roast (4 to5 pounds), tied

Preparation Tips:

In small bowl, combine apple cider, mustard, oil and soy sauce. Insert meat thermometer in center of thickest part of roast. Arrange medium-hot Kingsford briquets around drip pan. Place roast over drip pan. Cover grill and cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees, adding more briquets as necessary. Brush roast with cider mixture 3 or 4 times during last 30 minutes of cooking.
