Chicken Santa Fe Amount Ingredient 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 8 tablespoons salsa sauce 4 slices Swiss cheese   Garlic powder   Pepper   Tortilla chips, for garnish, if desired

Preparation Tips:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season each chicken breast lightly on each side with garlic powder and pepper. Place chicken in oven and cook for 10 minutes; turn chicken and cook 5 minutes more. Top each chicken breast with 2 full tablespoons of salsa sauce. Continue cooking another 5 minutes. Top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese and broil 5 minutes or till cheese is completely melted. Remove from oven and serve. Serves 4.
