Easy Jambalaya

AmountIngredient
2 cans (10 ounces each)Campbell's Condensed Vegetable Broth with Onions
1 cupwhite rice
1 cupfrozen peas
2chicken breast halves, cubed
2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
2 stalkscelery, sliced
1 cupcooked sliced sausages
1whole tomato, shopped
 Hot pepper sauce to taste, optional
 Cracked black pepper, optional

Preparation Tips:

1. Cook rice in condensed broth instead of water. During last 2 minutes of cooking, stir in frozen peas; set aside.
2. In frying pan, heat oil and cook chicken at medium-high heat until no longer pink; add celery slices and cook 2 minutes longer. Drain fat.
3. reduce heat; add sausage, rice mixture, tomato and hot pepper sauce. Stir gently and heat through.
4. Garnish with cracked pepper. Makes 4 servings.
