Preparation Tips:1. Cook rice in condensed broth instead of water. During last 2 minutes of cooking, stir in frozen peas; set aside.
2. In frying pan, heat oil and cook chicken at medium-high heat until no longer pink; add celery slices and cook 2 minutes longer. Drain fat.
3. reduce heat; add sausage, rice mixture, tomato and hot pepper sauce. Stir gently and heat through.
4. Garnish with cracked pepper. Makes 4 servings.
