Big Batch Beef Tacos

2 poundslean ground beef
1 pouchOld El Paso taco seasoning mix
14 ounce canOld El Paso refried beans
2 cupsOld El Paso Thick'n Chunky salsa
1 boxOld El Paso 12 taco shells
 Shredded lettuce
 Shredded cheese
 Chopped tomato
 Sour cream

Preparation Tips:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Combine seasoning mix, beans, salsa and 1 cup water; stir into skillet. reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes until thickened, stirring often; remove from heat. Divide filling, cool and freeze half a batch. Makes 24 tacos.

For 12 tacos: Arrange tacos open side down in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes until crisp and light golden brown. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the filling into each taco shell. Top with toppings, serve immediately.
