Cucumber Raita

Preparation Tips:In bowl, combine yogurt, salt, sugar and cumin.
Place cucumber in sieve over bowl; squeeze out liquid.
Just before serving, stir cucumber into yogurt; sprinkle with coriander or mint.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
