Chicken Fajitas

AmountIngredient
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1/3 cuplime juice
1/4 cupred wine vinegar
1/4 cupfinely chopped onion
2 clovesgarlic, minced
1 teaspoonsugar
1 teaspoondried oregano, crushed
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonpepper
1/4 teaspoonground cumin
6chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
flour tortillas
chopped tomatoes
chopped onion
sliced avocado
salsa

Preparation Tips:

In shallow glass dish, combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Add chicken breasts; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours, turning occasionally. Drain chicken; reserve marinade. Grill chicken, on covered grill, over medium-hot Kingsford briquets 8 minutes; turn and cook 5 to 7 minutes longer or until cooked through, basting often with marinade.
While chicken is grilling, wrap tortillas in large piece of heavy-duty foil and place on edge of grill. Heat about 10 minutes, turning packet once. Slice chicken breasts into thin slices. Place slices of chicken and garnishes in warm flour tortillas and roll up. Makes 6.
