Ported Cheese Apple

Preparation Tips:In a medium bowl, blend together the cheeses and wine. Wrap the cheese mixture in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill about 1 hour or until ball is slightly set. Form wrapped cheese ball into the shape of an apple. Unwrap; sprinkle with paprika. Use a small piece of cinnamon stick and the bay leaf to form the stem and leaf of the apple. Chill. Serve cheese ball at room temperature with assorted crackers, apple and pear slices, or grape clusters.
