Crunchy Chicken Tapas

AmountIngredient
4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cupbuttermilk
1 tablespoonground cumin
2 tablespoonschopped cilantro
1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1 teaspoononion powder
 Seasoned salt, to taste
 Black pepper, to taste
4 cupsfinely crushed La Suprema tortilla chips
Fresh Fruit Salsa: 
 Chopped honeydew melon
 Chopped papaya
 Chopped mango
 Chopped yellow pepper
Splashoil
Splashseasoned rice wine vinegar

Preparation Tips:

Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk seasoned with cumin, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, seasoned salt and black pepper. Roll chicken in tortilla chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit salsa made with equal portions of honeydew melon, papaya, mango and yellow pepper and splashed with oil and vinegar. Serves 4.
