Delicious Cran-Apple Pie

AmountIngredient
1 (425 gram) packagePillsbury Pie Crusts
1 teaspoonflour
1 teaspoonmilk
2 teaspoonssugar
Filling: 
1 cupsugar
2 tablespoonscornstarch
1/2 teaspooncinnamon
5 cupspeeled, sliced apples (5 to 6 medium)
1 cupfresh or frozen cranberries

Preparation Tips:

Adjust oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for Two Crust Pie using 9 inch pie plate. In large bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Add apples and cranberries and toss lightly to mix. Spoon into pie crust. Top with second crust and crimp edges. Cut slits in top to vent. Brush top with milk and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons sugar. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
