Shrimp Boil

Preparation Tips:In large kettle, heat beer and salt to boiling. Add shrimp; heat just to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.
Serve with Cocktail Sauce. Guests peel their own shrimp. Children's sand pails are good containers for the discarded shells. 4 to 5 servings.
Cocktail Sauce: In small bowl, mix catsup, horseradish, and lemon juice. About 2/3 cup sauce.
