Preparation Tips:Peel and dice potatoes, beets, onion and tomatoes. In a large saucepan, cover vegetables with water, simmer 20 minutes. Add chicken broth, cabbage, vinegar, dill and salt; simmer 15 minutes longer. Pour soup into bowls; serve with a spoonful of sour cream. 6 servings.
