Boundary Borscht

AmountIngredient
3medium potatoes
3medium beets
1medium onion
4medium tomatoes, skinned
2 cupschicken broth
1 cupfinely shredded cabbage
1 tablespoonvinegar
1 tablespoonminced dill leaves
1 teaspoonsalt
1 cupsour cream

Preparation Tips:

Peel and dice potatoes, beets, onion and tomatoes. In a large saucepan, cover vegetables with water, simmer 20 minutes. Add chicken broth, cabbage, vinegar, dill and salt; simmer 15 minutes longer. Pour soup into bowls; serve with a spoonful of sour cream. 6 servings.
