Silky Chocolate Frosting Amount Ingredient 6 tablespoons sugar 6 tablespoons flour 2 cups milk 1 cup butter 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract 2 ounces (2 squares) unsweetened chocolate, melted

Preparation Tips:

Mix sugar and flour; add milk slowly. Stir until smooth. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add butter, vanilla or almond extract and chocolate. Stir well; cool. Frosts one 2 layer, 9 inch cake.
