Blue Cheese Meatloaf

Preparation Tips:Cook bacon in hot pan until lightly browned, add mushrooms, cook, stirring, until mushrooms are soft; drain.
Process mince, crumbled stock cube, onion, herbs, paste, cheese, egg, egg white and breadcrumbs until combined and pasty. Trasfer mixture to bowl, mix in bacon mixture and ham. Press mixture into greased 8cm x 26cm bar pan. Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven about 45 minutes or until cooked through. Stand 5 minutes, drain away excess liquid; turn onto oven tray.
Spread topping over meatloaf. Bake, uncovered, in hot oven 10 minutes or until heated through.
Topping: Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well
