Basting Sauce

AmountIngredient
3 cupswater
2 tablespoonssalt
1/2 teaspoonfinely shredded lemon peel
2 tablespoonslemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoonsdried minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoonsdried diced bell pepper
1/2 teaspoongarlic salt
1/2 teaspooncrushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoongarlic pepper
1/2 teaspoonlemon pepper

Preparation Tips:

In a large saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir before brushing. Makes about 3 cups.
