Easy Bean Spread

AmountIngredient
19 ounce canwhite kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoonslemon juice
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
1/4 teaspoonpepper

Preparation Instructions:

In food processor, puree together beans, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, garlic powder and pepper.

Make ahead. Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
